Hi! I’m Mathieu, a passionate attorney who is all about intellectual property.  

I obtained my LLM in intellectual property, information technology and privacy law in 2019 and I’ve been helping companies expanding their horizons ever since. Since several ways lead to Rome,  a pragmatic and business minded approach is my way to go.

I’ve guided several start-ups, SME’s and multinationals in developing, acquiring and selling intellectual property assets.  Since we take a 360° approach , I also advise companies how to fund these projects and optimize the profits resulting therefrom. I will help you in assessing and implementing the strategy to maximize the potential of your assets from the onset.  

In addition, I love helping creatives to discover, secure and commercialize their works. I manage and enforce trademarks and combat counterfeit for several A-list brands on a daily basis. In an ever expanding marketplace, I make sure to understand your target audience, sales channels and products to achieve the best results.
