For foreign associates and counsel
Your clients are entering the EU. Keep them, and keep the work.
We work with law firms abroad whose clients are expanding into the EU. You remain their adviser. We handle the EU side and keep you informed, so you never lose sight of the file.
We already work this way with law firms in the United States and the United Kingdom.
How it works
- 01 Refer a client Introduce a client heading for the EU. The client stays yours.
- 02 Get monthly reports, free For every client you refer, you receive a monthly search and watch report covering EU trademark filings as well as domain names and social media. Free of charge.
- 03 Decide who acts If something needs action, you decide whether to handle it yourself or pass it to us. Counterfeits and lookalike shops we usually get taken down within one working day.
What the reports cover
Monthly, per referred client, for the EU.
When a report turns up a conflicting filing, we can handle the opposition before the EUIPO. Outside the EU, we file through a network of correspondent firms.
- Trademarks → New EU and national filings that come close to your client’s marks, in time to oppose.
- Domain names → New registrations that use or imitate the brand. Generic domains and country codes alike.
- Social media and marketplaces → Fake accounts, lookalike handles, listings that trade on the brand.
Let’s talk
Tell us which of your clients are heading for the EU. We will walk you through a report and how we would split the work.
