Lars Huybrechts
Lars holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at KU Leuven. His interest in intellectual property first emerged during the 2023 ELSA Summer Law School, where he explored intellectual property and competition law. This interest grew throughout his master’s studies, particularly when he chose to focus his thesis on patent law, sparking a lasting fascination with the legal protection of innovation and creativity.
At Pitch, Lars aims to put his academic knowledge into practice while further developing his expertise in intellectual property and ICT law. He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to support entrepreneurs in protecting their ideas, overcoming legal challenges and turning their ambitions into successful ventures. Through his work, he hopes to contribute to practical, forward-thinking legal solutions that help clients grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Lars enjoys watching films and discussing them with fellow film enthusiasts, building LEGO sets, working out and travelling. Always curious about different perspectives, he never shies away from a good debate.
